What Are Projects?
At the core of what we do are the boot camp training projects where we train, empower and equip individual community leaders in groups of 20 – 30 to not only increase their own capacity but also that of their community. All of these leaders are locals in their respective countries and have a proven commitment to improve the lifestyle and well being of their community as a whole. They receive training in Personal, Community and Business development and upon approval are given a significant micro finance loan to initiate their approved business model and plan. These leaders all receive follow-up training and counseling at 3, 12 and 24 months after the boot camp to help ensure their success.
Leaders who have proven to be exceptional community leaders and are producing exceptional results at mobilizing their communities and resources to destroy the grip of poverty, conceive and manage tailored projects according to their communities particular needs. They approach us with their plans and ideas and we coach them on developing these and managing their project as well as assisting them with a portion of the finances if required. Their projects in the past have included fresh water wells, schools, medical clinics, toilet construction, hygiene and sanitation, small business initiatives, community banks, model farms for training community members, to name a few.

At the core of what we do are the boot camp training projects where we train, empower and equip local pastors in groups of 20 – 30 to not only increase their own capacity but also that of their community, through planting churches, starting business and initiating community development projects. All of these pastors are local leaders in their communities and in their respective countries. They have a proven commitment to improve the lifestyle and well being of their community as a whole. They receive training in Church Planting/Personal, Community and Business development and upon approval are given a significant micro finance loan to initiate their approved business model and plan. These local pastors all receive follow-up training and counseling at 3, 12 and 24 months after the boot camp to help ensure their success.
